Our Tempe-based architectural firm is looking to fill full-time Project Manager position with solid construction document, permitting and project management experience.
We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious people who enjoy utilizing the latest technology to work on a variety of project types, with the ability to take responsibility for the progression of their projects from beginning to end. Architectural Degree a plus but registration not required. Must have exceptional technical, organizational and verbal skills, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. Revit experience is required, please only qualified applicants apply. Multi-family experience is a plus.

Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided by architect.
Use Revit to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings using Revit.
Experience and Qualifications:
Min 3-5 years production experience
Fluency in Revit a must
Active learning and problem solving skills
