We are growing our team in our commercial interiors discipline: Our book of business continues to grow rapidly and the caliber of project work demands a full team of great project managers and seriously-talented designers who can take on a whole range of unique design challenges.
The Project Manager (PM) / Project Architect (PA) should be able to perform the PM and/or the PA role as the scope of project demands. As such, we look for candidates who demonstrate a great capacity and passion for client service and relationship building. As PM, you are the primary liaison between the client, consultant, contractor, and design teams and great people skills are a must—alongside organizational skills and attentive timeline and budget management. As PA you should be adept at leading design process—translating vision and design intent into drawings and inspiring and mentoring team members in the process.
At Sasaki we purposefully take on challenging work that we see as opportunities to evolve and stretch. As such, we look for teammates who are excited to engage fully from the get-go. Ideas matter tremendously around here and no matter your level, as a Sasaki designer you will be encouraged to have a point of view, to share your thinking often, to push design further, and to develop a comfortable rapport with clients. For a mid-sized firm, we guard our small-firm feel focusing less on hierarchy than on working together to yield the best designs.
The most successful candidates can deliver client-relationship management, design stewardship, team leadership, and project administration. We prefer to groom our leaders from within and we are looking for mid-level interior designers who can grow into leadership positions over time. If you think you can add something special to our team and our practice we would love to hear from you.

We believe in the transformative power of place. The places in which we live our lives are more than physical spaces; they are the context and the content of our experience. Today, simultaneous revolutions of mobility, connectivity, and identity are changing our experience of the world and, along with it, our relationship to place. Now, more than ever before, what we create will shape the way we live.At Sasaki, we harness this power to make human hopes and dreams into proven physical realities. This has been our core tenet since day one, and now, as the world changes faster than ever, we advance our shared potential through the built environment. In every project, new possibility is translated into new action. We think beyond the building, beyond the site, beyond the grid, to design for people and for society. We are at once realistic, holistic, and optimistic. We create places that prove human potential.
