Location: U.S. Virtual - remote
Healthcare Planner capable of developing and documenting facility plans for large and small scale projects in all types of healthcare facilities.
Develop floor plans informed by workflow designs that improve quality, safety, efficiency, and financial performance. Workflow designs are developed in a collaborative, facilitated design session wherein activities, connections, and pathways for clinical and non-clinical services are specified.
Develop CAD drawings (Concept level 2D drawings are typical) for inclusion in the final design deliverable which would include future state workflows overlaid on the recommended floor plan designs.
Supervise a project team or may be individually responsible for significant projects or initiatives. Executes plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.
Initiate and maintain senior level client relationships, including interaction with the C-suite. Is considered a key ‘go-to’ person for highly reliable healthcare operations and facility design.
Maintain high billability target, with a focus on delivery and identification of opportunities for follow-on work.
May act as a mentor to newer consultants.
Contribute to practice development by submitting knowledge capital, writing papers, attending conferences, participating in speaking engagements, etc.
Supports business development activities (e.g., participate in proposal development, interviews, marketing material development, and development of new services or service line improvements).
